I am a returning member to this forum. I went through ct 2 years ago and am now doing it again. I am up to day 5 ct and it is crap. I know what to expect so this is nothing new. What i would like to know is how the hell do I stay off these things.

Hey there, yes I am old enough (just) to remember black and white..... ha ha ha.

Seriously though, it is so nice to be able to relate to my family and friends on a normal basis, like a normal person. It feels terrific.

It's a good parallel to how we felt (if you are old enough) when black and white TV became "LIVING TECHNI COLOR", eh?????  LOL

Just a quick update. 39 days today and I am feeling GREAT. Life has come back to colour, whereas before it was black and white. Grateful to have been given another chance to start afresh.

Hope everyone else is holding on because honestly, the best is yet to come.

My post was pretty much a downer, I appreciate the information and I just had a knee jerk reaction to some of the stuff I read. Thinking the odds were stacked against me.

But today is a new day and I am okay. Once again, I really appreciate your support and encouraging words.
