One Day at a time

Today was my toughest day yet but I beat it.  Tomorrow I'm heading to the Gym and gonna do some sauna time then hot tub.  I've been staying hydrated and not to much with the runs so I'm not worried about dehydration, just want to sweat out the poison.....Has anyone else done sauna? and if so, did it help?

I did once during my last detox and I felt that it did help some. I know I was really stinky afterwards. I had the sweats hot and cold the whole time though. Hang in there,,I know it really s*cks going thru all this. I wish you the best~Bkitty

I have read that others used the sauna and it helped them. Go ahead and give it a try. It can't hurt unless you stay longer than recommended (which I can't recall). I am glad you are doing so well. You planned and carried out the plan, which is very encouraging. Keep up the good work and let us know how the sauna works for you.

I think I'm through the worst of it.  I did a pretty solid taper before I jumped ship from the norcs and I think my first three days went well thanks to you all and the thomas recipe.....I think I'm ready to sweat the last of these toxins out....I won't go in there for a long time, just get a good sweat going, rinse off then hit the hot tub...

   Hey, I've heard that the sauna does sweat out the toxins......it helps get it out of your system faster......

honestly i could not have imagined a sauna during detox, my nerves were so freyed, I was so hypersensitive to everything.   I couldn't even tolerate baths (which I love and take every night) Just be careful, I know it's hard to admit but your body is fragile right now.
