One Month Today!!!!!

I have reached a point that I never thought was possible. It has been one month today and life is better than I ever thought it could be. I have definitely had my days where I thought about well maybe I can take just one but I never folded. To those of you who are going to quit or already there, just keep focused on what is important. I never knew how much those demons were controlling my life until now I look back and that is really all I cared about. The Lord and exercising have gotten me through a lot of it. I hope I can continue to help others out on this forum and you guys do not know how much I have appreciated the help and encouragement. I just wanted to post a positive note and hopefully it might just help one person

Thank you all for the nice compliments. It was tough the first couple of weeks, but feel like I have somewhat found myself again. I went to the doctor for a physical this week and told him everything and he said that he would do the dirty work for me and call the pharmacies and red flag me. Nice to find a doctor who cares instead of just giving you medicine and sending you on your way.

congrats on 30 days it is true it is a huge acomplishment and I'm proud of you keep up the good work and as the rest said and trust me the said it to me as well and they are right keep your guard. but you derserve lots of paise cause I know that one month is a huge milestone it keeps getten better and easier. I'm very happy for you its a great feeling enjoy it you worked hard for it. solost

Thats a great accomplishment!  I had reached that point a while back and made the mistake of thinking that just one wouldnt hurt.  Guess what.........it did.  So I am back fighting this again.  Not trying to put any water on the fire, just dont ever think that you beat this thing and you can handle just one.  Huge mistake for me.  

Keep up the good work my friend!  Here's to 100 days!!!
