Pls HELP

Hi
I hope someone can give me some advised i have bipolar II disorder (manic deprssion) and ive been smoking week since i was 14 i am now 25 i smoke alot of weed per day and for the last 4.5yrs the stuff i have been smoking is really strong i really need to stop smoking it for my mental health i know it messing with my brain but i just cant give it up im scared of giveng it up as i cant really remember what life is like without it......can anyone give me tips on quitting

Good to see you again. I agree that you need to talk this over with your Dr. Pot is mentally a huge crutch. You can quit but there is a strong 'pull' to use it. You know that it is not helping you. when you finally reach the point that you know it's hurting you. Then you will want to quit.

You need to talk to your psychiatrist about this because of the meds you're likely on, and the nature of your disorder itself.  I'd like to be able to help more, but that is really the best answer here.
