Quick question

Unfortunate to be back in this capacity, but I have a question and would like some input. After the last few months of taking 20+ hydro 10s a day, I stopped Monday afternoon. Thursday evening I slipped and had 2 after finding them in my room. I know I know, should run straight to the toilet and flushed, but the addiction beat my logic. I haven't had any since, and after cleaning my phone out, can never get em again! Yay! But does anyone know how far that sets me back? I'm so pissed cause I felt like the worst was over. Felt like utter crap today, but I'm thinking that was guilt pissing my body off. Any input?

Well I think I got lucky, after taking those 2 after 3 days. Felt crappy yesterday, but today is 100X better. Still very lethargic, rls acting up but I slept. Took a 3 mile walk today and it made me feel brand new. Not through this by a long shot, but feeling very optimistic! Thanks to all the kind words! I'll keep posting!

Hello, my friend,

If you're getting some sleep that's a most excellent sign. So, take heart! As TiredinTempe, above, said, just pick yourself up and keep heading in the right direction. Don't look back. You're doing it! Congrats on your efforts and a HUGE hi-five on loosing those numbers! Also, thanks for your honesty re: your slip. Way to be 'witnessed'! Whether you realize it or not you're providing a good example for others who seek to follow in your wake.
Please, let us know how you're doing. Hold fast! Let's make this one stick.

Don't beat yourself up. Just get going again. I would think it prolly will not be that bad. Mon-thurs was prolly the worst of it. Good thing to cut the sources, that has always been my prob. I'm on day 5 today off Percs. Let's just keep going and reap the rewards. Hang tough, that honesty will pay off my friend.
