I see a lot of new people on the forum lately and would like to welcome you and wish you the best in your recovery. There are so many success stories here and some great advice so stick around and keep taking it one day at a time, life is so much better without drugs.

Ok everyone, lets brag about our clean time. It don't matter if your 1 day or 2 years, we all have to start somewhere. I am close to my 90 days again and got through that rough patch last week:) Congrats to everyone on your clean time. The newcomers that come on here also help us too and remind us of those early days of recovery. It works if you work it, so keep working it lol.

Day 50 for my husband and I. It feels like way longer than that haha!! Energy is starting to come back and I love getting out of bed int he morning and not feeling horrible because its been 12 hrs since a pill. I can actually get the kids breakfast before I have coffee and I usually wake up from the alarm!! Amazing to me!! Husbands back is doing great, he gets put out on his own job next week and I cant wait to have money again, just had to give up my whole student loan check to bills but thats ok cause we all know were it went last year.

Day 30 for me :) Can't say I don't think about giving myself a "break" with "just one" pill for "just today," BUT, I get some firm rebukes on this site and great encouragement from my wife that keeps me going. One day or one minute at a time. I hope you all are blessed today. :)

well, i have 12 days clean from alcohol....thats alot for me lately, and gonna be a struggle since i just went ct off my pain meds. i used to use alcohol to ease the w/ds, when i got help last week, i realized i was doing more harm than good....but i need to be reminded of that EVERY MINUTE OF MY DAY...you guys are a inspiration

18 days, each one is better than the last. My eyes no longer look the crazy horse on Family Guy. No kidding that's what my sister in law said to me yesterday so that's gotta be some progress right. :)
