Well, I guess I'll put this riiiiiight here. . . . .110 days and flourishing! Turned my life right round, like a record baby! My wife could not be any happier these days. In this time period I have also reached a new level of health. I am the most fit I have ever been. I started cycling again at day 8 clean and started the Insanity program at day 62. I have 2 weeks left of that program and I'll move on to something else. 5'5" and 143lbs of leaness. Weights in the AM, Insanity in the PM.
I'm still getting headaches due to the insane heat and humidity we're experiencing so early in the season. However, I follow a much more healthy regiment to beat them.
Vicki, Trama, I really appreciate all that you have said in my journey. I went from one extreme to another, but the new is so much more beneficial. I have still yet to tackle a meeting of any kind and just gave up trying to find a therapist accepting new patients.
Just figured I would check in and let you all know that I gain strength and momentum everyday.
I hope everyone succeeds in their personal journey back to health.

Today is day 15. Proud I'm here. This site has paved the road to recovery for me. Jumping off before I would have thought My chemistry was permanently altered and normalcy without pills simply wasn't an option. I'm fuctioning Now, which is great but to be honest, I'm still struggling with insomnia, energy, and irratability, but again I'm learning that jumping off of suboxone is a slow, annoying process. Hoping another 15 days will come quicker and I will be normal. Happy fathers day to you other fathers.
1 whole year off crack!
I'm not so sure if I should be proud of that or not. But definitely never again.
