Roll Call~~

Someone mentioned needing a roll call so here it is.  The holiday season can be very stressful for many and now is the time to really work your recovery care and keep that GUARD UP!  Remember we are open here 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week so lean on us.

I think that is a splendid idea.  Today is day 5 for me, but I read on here since November watching the way you all pull together and the wonderful successes and sadness of failures.  I wanna clock my 5 days in here CLEAN and SOBER and wanna say Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!  I could shout from a rooftop (if I still didn't wanna scream at my coworkers and grind my shoulder blades together).  LOL  

We are nothing without humor right?

I used to have almost 1200 days clean here on the forum, but now this is down to a skimpy 4 and a half days. Oh, how the "mighty" have fallen.

Great idea Sarah!  Thank you and everyone else from the bottom of my heart for all of your kind words, rock solid advice, and compassionate support.  This forum really solidified my faith in humanity.  It is inspiring to see people supporting total strangers because they can.  If we all did this every day the world would be a better place.  I am 15 days clean and so excited about the journey ahead of me.  You all are my heros-a very Merry Christmas to all and a healthy sober 2012.  Keep fighting the good fight....Love, Lu...

Merry Christmas ~~ Congrats everyone on all your clean time be it one day our many years !! It has now been 3 years and a couple of months for me off opiates :)) In the last 5 years that I have quit drinking I have relapsed 3 times but it has been awhile now that I have not drank.. I'm very Grateful for this. I received my blood test back I test every 3 months my kidney function is not as good as it was last time but what goes through my mind is how bad it could have been if I was still drugging and drinking.. lesa
