thanks for the link i managed to take a look today and got a real insight.  You can take subatex at 2mg and still smoke heroin but at a higher dose, but then you have to be careful when you take the next subatex b/c of precipated withdrawals. people are doing this alot on there!  They have there DOC then wait till they are feeling slightly ill then taking there subs. This would make sense as last night he fell asleep on the settee which he dont normally do, (he said he was tired) but he fell asleep real quick and he kept jerking! But then i didnt see him take his sub this morning. He sometimes wakes up in the morning really oily and sweaty and not looking right which again would make sense if he had H the previous day in the afternoon as he always takes his subatex first thing in the morning. Enough time inbetween to not go into p/w. He has urine tests at the intervention place but if he knows when hes going to his meeting it only takes a few days to get out his system so he could get away with that! I wish i could trust hes not relapsed but i cant trust him to tell me the truth. :(

Do you know if he is swallowing the subutex? If so it will not work at all he must take it sublingually and let it dissolve under his tongue. I'm gonna guess he is swallowing it because if he is taking it correctly and using everyday I would imagine you would notice him going into precipitated withdrawal because when subutex is taken to soon after using another opiate that's what happens because that's how it's supposed to. Some ppl will tell you you can't get high while on suboxone to but unfortunately from my own experience I know that's wrong BUT he would have to take a way higher dose for the heroin to work if he is taking the suboxone correctly which is why using and being on suboxone is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS because the user has to use a way higher dose to get high which makes an overdose a lot more likely I know that's prob the last thing you wanted to hear but I want you to know the truth. As far as signs my girlfriend well shoot my fiancé haha sorry still just weird calling her my fiancé by the way SHE DOES NOT FIND IT FUNNY AT ALL haha but the very first thing she would notice when I was using was my skin it would be blotchy and kinda red also pupils will be pinned users usually are scratching alot cause opiates make us itch and if he is for lack of better words "really high" you will notice him getting the "nods" as is addicts call it and that's when you will notice him bobbing his head cause he will fall asleep sitting up or standing up or wherever and it will look like he is nodding his head cause when his head falls down he wakes up picks it up and falls back asleep. I'm sure I didn't have to explain all that haha but just incase you were like what the hell is nods. But feel free to msg me if ya have any questions and I will be more than glad to help ya any way I can.

Good Luck and Godspeed
