Seven years on Suboxone how bad will WD's be

I was in a bad car crash 8 years  ago and after a year on painkillers my doctor put me on a new drug called Suboxone he said it was for withdraws but it would help with the pain. Flash forward seven years my doctor had been seeing me for free because he knew i was poor but his clinic started to get really busy so one day I came in and he cut me down to 16mg's to 8mg's for one month, then 4mg's for a month, then 2mg's for two weeks, and 1mg for one week and he said there will be no withdraws now he won't even take my phone calls and I called up begging for help...So I was all done thinking i would just have to deal with the pain from my injuries after three days i entered a web like hell it was BAD! So I talked to my GP and she gave me from Tramadol until the first when I get my disability check so I can pick up my xanax, and ambien...It's been two weeks without the Suboxone in my system...So my question is when i come off the tramadol in a few days will I start over with the withdraws or will I just have to withdraw from the tramadol will the suboxone be out of my system? I tried not taking anything for three days but it was sooooo bad that i had to take from tramadol today so i could get a little sleep...I mean i was on this f'n drug for seven years and one day i went into the office and the clerk told me i was getting off the doctor wouldn't even see me because it's two hundred dollars to talk to him.. I am not an addict or at least that's not why i went on the suboxone but I just feel this isn't fair....So in a few days I'll have Colonodine, Xanax, Ambien, Imodium, L-Tyrosine and it would be almost over two weeks without the suboxone is there anyone out there that knows what i am going through or can help me? Has anyone ever been screwed over by your doctor?

That sounds like negligence from your dr, i am not surprised though!! As to your question. By the time you finish with the tramadol your physical withdrawal from the Subs should be long over. I know what you mean and i sympathise. After the length of time you have been on subs, 1mg is still a high amount to stop at. For your sake, i am glad that you managed to taper down first. If you can, try to get off the tramadol A.S.A.P. Otherwise you will have to go through withdrawal from them!

I didn't or don't have a choice i went into the office one month and he was like hey your done with suboxone well unless i can come up with the 150 just to talk to him in his office...

Day 22 and its been three days without trams and i have to say the withdraws still suck ***... It's a little easier the sweats are gone but the RLS and muscle sches still haunt me not to mention the lack of all energy
