My GI tract didn't get back to normal until about 2 months off of suboxone, and methadone can be even worse, so i'd say that's to be expected. Keep it up, praying for ya!
Holy crap this made me laugh....totally not laughing at you! I was crapping tapioca for months after I w/d. As soon as I ate, it went right through me, no matter what I ate. It will level out but this is what I kept in mind while this was happening....your body gets rid of things it doesn't want or need....your obviously retaining enough nutrients that your still upright. In the beginning I really figured it was my body getting the dope remnants out of my system....
Have you tried using the Immodium to maybe lessen the effects?
Curd is good food. Stay hydrated plus essential salts, minerals and vitamins. I also strongly believe that starting to walk, run, cardio or any light exercise is going to speed your recovery, health and wellbeing, no matter how much lazy you feel or difficult it feels for you to do the same. But a 10 minutes walk on a regular basis can really bring magic to your progress. Take care!
Hello, it took me a good 90 days to get my stomach back, i still have some issues a few days but nothing like the first 90, congrats on your 33 days ,
Damn ive been trying not to take immodium but defiantly gonna now if its gonna last that long:(
I'm on day 65 off Norco, and my stomach still gets upset, and I've noticed kind of the same thing, and I read online that the crappier foods tend to block up your system, as the healthy foods promote toxins being released from your body. I've already taken 4 imodium this morning haha.
