Hey,
starting today i am gonna wean myself off these damn lortabs, i have started B complex vitamins, and i have a plan. I have 11 7.5's and when they are gone, the vitamins should be in my system enough that i can function. Everyone please encourage me, because i need it. I have the right positive attitude and i know i can do it, but i get absolutely no support at home, so i need it from my new friends here. Wish me luck. One week from now, i plan to be tab free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand about having no support at home. I like the way you sound that "I have a plan". It sounds like a solid plan and I think you can do this. This forum is great for people like us that have no real support around us.

Try and keep your eye on the prize!! It has been just 13 mo's since I was clean. So I can remember how good it feels. I am day one no pills. I also did a tapper.. Had a hard time the last few days. Cheated alittle. Guess I will pay for that..LOL.LOL..

You can do this, Just try to not give in to the sick part of our mind...

You can do this.  It sounds like you have no-one but yourself to control the pills, so you must be super strong.

Always, always, believe in the future and how great life will be off of those pills!
