hi.. your content is not very clear to give you an advice.. try to reach for a rehab center where you can recover from your drug addiction
In my case it started after I had been clean for a while but I started having full blown panic attacks and my psychiatrist said its gotta be do to the drug use because I never had anxiety well at least panic attacks and full blown anxiety like I do now not to mention me and my fiancé seperated and I started back to school all in the same week and what I used to be able to deal with and move on I can no longer do I just completely freak out and feel completely overwhelmed with it all but by the grace of god thru it all I have not went back to drugs and can honestly say I haven't thought about it but that comes with time that's also not to say I don't keep my guard up because I know I am as close as anyone to using again
This is something the person using suboxone has to figure out if someone just stays on suboxone and does not get some kind of therapy they will be on it longer because just because we can get clean doesnt mean we can stay clean without the right tools in place because unfortunately the mental part of addiction after withdrawal can and in my case was by far the hardest because there is always something around the corner tempting one to use and learning how to deal with the cravings after suboxone is an ABSOLUTE MUST
How long have you been on sub?
The answer to your question would differ greatly from person to person depending on their history, how long they have abusing drugs, what they have been using, if they have had a lot of relapses, etc.
An average sub program is about 12 months long, some people try to fast track through, others stay on for many years or indefinitely. If you could share a little more, those of us with knowledge about this can help to guide you a bit better.
Could you please give us more details?
Where are you?
What is your current drug of choice?
Have you referred yourself to avrecovey service?
I've never been on this n really this is something you need to discuss with the health care professional who's looking after you but if you give us more info (answers to questions above), then hopefully someone will be around soon to best advise / help you.
Take care,
Evey
