Taper down from Percoset..Please Help

Can anyone recomend a taper plan from 60 mgs of percs a day for about the last 2 months......really want to avoid gettin' sick?

tapering is hard if u r an addict...getting soeone to hold ur pills is best  at 2 months u could ct at that dose and be under the weather for a few days and be fine...read the thoas recipe and the article on tapering..using small doses thru out the day is the best way to go....i would taper fast since u have only been on them 2 months...cut a pill every other day or so...ct is also an option...just get it done..if u taper pick a quit day and stick to it...atper may look like this with doses in the am..mid morn..lunch...afternoon  evening to start

I was on about 50 mg a day and I did a taper plan I cut a pill out every 7 days and that was too slow so i went every 5 days and I just went from there and It helped with the w/d symptoms and also If you take them make sure that you dont gt that High feeling only take enough to help the w/d symptoms that helped alot also. I am over 2 months clean actually 2 months and a week. It was hard I am not goona lie to you But the best thing for me was to excersise and take walks and just keep busy.

No note me I would eat all the pills and then want to taper again.  That's me and many others.  But there are people here that will answer you soon.

Congrats on your decision to get clean.
Just have to say ct only takes a few days and gets better each day.
