I'm starting to taper off opiates today. I was eating 4 milligrams of dilaudid for years and I don't know if that was worse then the oxy code own I'm taking now or not. Quite the voice recognition here. I've got no energy without these thingsI don't want to take them anymore because I can't think straight and I'm not myself.I've been taking 30 to 45 milligrams at a timetwice a day for the last couple of years. I'm going to start on 30 milligrams

I was lucky enough to quit tobacco after 35 years. I'm pretty sure I can quit this as well. It's the energy level that has me over a barrel right now. That, coupled with losing my job on the 11th due to a reorganization with Sony, has a lot of things attacking my mind all at one time. It's not like I'm going to be on the street or anything. But I don't know how I'm going to get back to being myself before all of this. I appreciate your support and most likely will stop cold turkey within the next few days. I'm still trying to get over the shock of losing my job. I still have to go in and fulfill my obligation to my employer. But when I get up and don't have a job to go to I know things are going to be very tough inside my head. Thank you again for your encouragement and any support that you give myself and others. Right now you are one person in my life that I can look up to4 coloriage with this.

Hi and Welcome .... You can do this. I myself was never able to Taper ... If the pills are around me I will eat them all. lol
Good Luck and check of Thomas Recipe on this page. It will give you some tips on withdrawals. If I were you I would just Stop. But that's me. Others with more experience on Tapering will chime in.
