Thanks mark much appreciated at first I was skeptical about coming on here because I am not used to asking for help I have been on my own since about the age of 15 then joined the military at 18 then during the next 12 yrs went through some unbelievable stuff that would make most people crazy even got awarded a silver star so after all that I felt as though I could do anything on my own but boy I was wrong and from what I hear you need to take care of your health just know I've got your back as well pm me anytime

great to see you posting!!  you can and will do this....i'm sure you've been thru pure hell before...but just remember this is temporary..and you will come out the other side....keep posting for support and so glad Teri talked you into joining the forum!!  we are here for you both!!

Thanks  I really appreciate your support  and in response to your question my pain without meds is a solid 7 with 4.i used to just deal with it not sure if I can anymore but I'm sure as hell going to try
