Took adderall 3 days straight first time trying it.

Hello all, I recently was given some adderal pills (for studying purposes) with the words " don't take to many in a day" as my only source of information about adderal besides the stories I've heard about friends. So I took one now knowing to be a 30 mg IR which is consider to be a lot for a first time user. It was great got a lot done and felt good, though it wore off after about 3-5 hours. Anyways at parties in highschool and college you sometimes snort pills even though I never made a habit of it or develope any addictions, I did party hard for a couple days then come Monday back to business. So thinking they were like vicodin "take one every 4-6 hours as needed" and how it wore off after a few hours I decided to start snorting them to be able to really study cause the first one I just laughed with friends the whole times. So I snorted another and just ate what I couldn't  snort. It didn't feel like it did much so I just really blew my nose and a lot came out and this was around 2pm. So I waited awhile thinking I try again tonight and give my body some chill time and I ate a meal (which I hear is uncommon) and I walked then went back to books around 9 and I ate a half of one and I was up all night really interested in my work. Really putting a dent in it and boom it was almost 6. So I laid down wasn't tired but tried watched a movie and couldn't fall asleep and tossed and turned till noon and i finally just got up and got ready for more studying I wasn't hungry but I did get out and got things done for a few hours only to return to take another adderol around 5pm and again at 9 and I think I snorted a tad bit around 1am. Then up all night fell asleep for about 4 hours. So I took like 90-100mg the first day and like 75 the second day. Had no problems anyways there were 3 left and it was Sunday so I used them for partying and figured what the hell there's only a few left. Anyways I got about a good 4 hours of sleep and the rest was tossing and turning. O and I didn't eat for like 36 hours straight. Which brings me to now I don't feel bad I mean im a little tired and my appetite hasn't came all the way back but I'm actually starting to feel hungry and I was cleaning my nose and all the stuff age from the night before was coming out and I was just wondering if that could get me high again today cause I feel like I can feel it just a tad bit but maybe it's just the restlessness I feel. I now know I did a lot and if I ever were to do it again I would take one in the morning and let that be it for awhile. I would like to use this the right way a few times a month but I'm wondering if I will have w/d from this or something? Cause if I can't sleep a good 8 hours tonight I will just feel awful tomorrow so I'm really hoping what's left in my system or nose isn't keeping me a tad bit high today. Hope it's just a little comedown or something. Maybe cause I'm 6,5 210 pounds is the reason I didn't overdose. Anyways sorry about the story I know it's long but I'm a little restless and groggy/tired.

Does anyone think what I was saying true or should I have left it to the more experienced ones?

Sounds like you've been addicted to something before, because those are habits of an addict falling in love with a new drug. Adderall is extremely dangerous like it can kill you suddenly if you do to much just like coke.  Depending on if you haven't taken it since that 3rd and have had 4-5 days of regular sleep and eating regularly. I'd say it's out of your system as of today! Though I was like you I tried it once liked it did it again that night and was up all night and figured what the hell what's 2 days in a row. See how that pattern can keep going? Hopefully you stopped like me my first time I did 20mg 3x daily for 2 days basically had 140mg in 2 1/2 days for a beginner with no sleep that was a lot. But I'm 210lbs 6,3 so maybe that helped me but everyone told me that was so stupid so take it from me if your still on it today and haven't taken a break your at serious risk of cardiovascular failure or other things. If you had the week to relax and sleep and decided to take one or two earlier in the day and plan on not doing it again for a few more days following then it can be safe just not how your using it. Swallow it don't snort!!! See if a lower dose will do the same trick perhaps one 15mg IR at 10am and another 15mg at 3pm and then melatonin to help you sleep when 2am comes around and your ready for bed. Key thing I found when I did this from time to time is if you do it early in the morning after a meal and don't take another for the whole day. Then you might get some sleep and then try to go a couple days before doing it again. Adderall is just speed basically or ecstasy and if you ever done that once the comedown comes you want to take more and with adderall that's so ******* dangerous. It can be a good drug if needed and treated right and learned. Just like any drug it's a beautiful thing if treated with caution and it can be hell if you abuse it, even doctors dosage could get you addicted. I don't trust doctor mainly cause I abused painkillers that were prescribed to me. But do it Friday and again Tuesday like I said and no other days dose how I was saying and you won't develope an addiction. But if you ever been addicted to any drug before doing that will be a lot easier said then done. Maybe I shouldn't be saying this and just say if ts not prescribed don't take it at all lol. But I know where your coming from, so Ya never more than 2 days im a row and double that for off days you do it 2 days straight take 4 days off. Thing I found was I did it 2 days straight my first time kept dosing like it was coke and I took a week off and the next weekend I was wanting it for studying purposes took one 20mg IR and it wasn't the same high still good but ***** off a lot quicker and I was wanting another one 3 hours after taking the first one. So don't feed that need of re dosing!! I'm pro weed even though I'm clean for NA but the good ole days of just smoking a little pot to help you focus now days we need speed lol times changed.

Hi there,
Yes, Adderall can cause withdrawals when it's used recreationally, abused, and sometimes unintentionally. Something that you really need to be aware of is that toxic symptoms and signs of overdose can happen even with low dosage milligrams. Popping Adderall every couple of hours will only exacerbate side effects because they are usually intended as extended release capsules/caplets, to be used only once daily. The amount you have taken in the last few days is seriously dangerous. For more information you can check out the FDA site for the "Adderall Medication Guide"... If you continue to snort Adderall it can destroy nasal and sinus cavities, and lung tissue. I took Adderall for awhile by prescription for my ADHD, and stopped because of the side effects. It's not something that I would recommend to anyone unless you're under supervision by a doctor. Take it easy

Hi, I know you're young and you probably don't want to hear this, but non addicts don't snort adderall. Do you have a prescription for vicodin and adderall? I'm guessing no. I don't know about any withdrawls from what you described but I do know that adderall has lead people I know to the depths of  hell. And they started the same way as you.  Same w/ opiates of course. I would really take a good long look at what your doing. Good luck to you.
