Gym membership is fabulous Idea I did that also and It was great! Loved the swimming and Zumba classes was great new habit and thats what you got to do get new habits healthy ones! You are setting yourself up for nothing but success! Be proud of yourself and keep up on being positive. When you get a wave of anxiety push yourself through it! Learn to RIDE THEM WAVES! Go for walk Do whatever ya gotta do to stay busy! Someone said Jumping Jacks start a jumping jack thing count them and see how many you can do!! be crazy ! ;-) Congrats moving on to day day "9 " YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

So Im back from walking the dog. Feeling a lil better. Running my bath now. I think that tomorrow, Im gonna make it a point to get up and outta the house. Maybe take the kids shopping. I wanna get a gym membership too. Seems like when Im real busy, I dont think about pills as much. Just too much idle time on my hands I guess.

Id give anything in this world to be able to say im 8 days clean, I;m sure what your feeling must make it so tough but youve made it this far and thats farther then i can even picture right now so your obviously a strong person, you can make it thru this keep thinking positively!!! Jumping jacks and a spoon full of honey have helped my cravings.
Keep posting, take a bath and deep breaths. I am on day 8 too, we got this :)
new habit how about walking the dog that sounds great! get out of the house go for walk. Breath This is just the cravings its all mental you can push through this!
On the days like this when the cravings are intense You have to get rid of your pill source so there is no way for you to Get any. Just keep telling yourself you want your life back and are taking control No More pills Not even one ! Eliminate your pill source
Thanks. I think Im just frustrated right now. And about 10 days ago, I woulda been poppin a pill by now. So now I dont really know how to deal with it. I feel like I need a new habit. Maybe Ill eat something. Take a hot bath, walk the dog.
Stay strong write down the reasons why you quit! Push through the cravings This is the mental part You have gone 8 days just keep pushing hard and it will get easier! Go for a walk just Breath tell yourself you can do this! The mental part for me was the hardest But You can do this! Stay strong and keep posting
Hey there...sounds like a lot of stress going on right now for you,hen ce the triggers? Stay strong...you can make it through this. Don't throw this away!!! Congrats on the 8 days!! Guard that clean time and stay strong...sounds easier than done but try your hardest to preoccupy yourself with something as hard as it may be. You'll ge tthrough this.
