Is tylenol #3 with codiene similiar to tramadol? I hope not
Tramadol is made from poppy seed (which is what hydrocodeine is made from) it is just not classified as a narcotic but there are groups out there that are trying to get it on the controlled substance list. It is very addictive and the withdrawels are very bad. Just look around this board and you will see.

Not at all. Tramadol is not even a narcotic or opiate. Its not similar to vicodin either. Tylenol 3 is a very weak opiate. It acts like most pain killers. It blocks out the opiade receptors in your brain that make you feel pain.
