Everyone is different..so substituting trams for true narcotics will effect some differently than others.  Risky if u r addicted to narcotics..i never found a liking for trams..but some folks love em.

Trams affect the MUI receptor, the narctic receptor but they also affect the AD receptors with seratonin being the major one.  The depression following tram wd can be tough i have heard.

ask ur dr to giv u some help..as a rule they r happy to help get u narctic free

I used ultram on withdrawals and it may have helped a little, but I would say don't use it. It is on the list of banned drugs from my aftercare program. It won't get you high, as it is non narcotic, but can be abused. Scroll down and read the horror stories about it. I was offered it by my doctor who knows I am an addict, because he was clueless about ultram being addicted. I turned it down.if I couldn't manage my other pills, why would I expect to be able to manage the ultrams? I am no expert but I say just don't take them. And btw, I took them on a previous detox, not the last time. I didn't know any better myself. good luck and maybe someone who knows more can fill you in.

idk what you're asking when you say what will happen.how much hydro were you taking?,if you're running out before they're due, yeah it's time to get off.
and taking ultram will be something else to get off of.tell your doctor you need help getting off the pills.
you're worried about w/d symptoms?your doctor will help you and good luck!
