Thank you for this, I have had a hard time going into her profile as the memories are very painful right now. Sophie lived those words everyday of her life,
Here is something I found she wrote that I thought was appropriate. Not her last words but still something she may have said:

RIP Sophie
I'm so sad for this loss...Sophie was just amazing and took the best flower pics of anyone in the world. What an enormous loss to the community and to those who loved her. I hope things were peaceful for her in the end...it's hard to think of Sophie and "the end" in the same thought...
A huge, warm hug to Sara and Lesa...you girls were so close. I'm sorry. xo
Yes she is Sara !! Sophie and I met here in 2008 We were both getting clean and we were both using photography as a means of getting us out of the house and a way to deal with anxiety and cravings.. It works very well ! We had so much fun sharing photos with each other sharing our days.. She went on too get clean she found Love and adventure !! As Sara said she moved to Spain and her photos just got better and better ! She was also a Artist ! In the end she could show herself in Photos without feeling that she needed to hide.. Sophie had made it !! She was Happy ! in Love !! Creating... I'm only Grateful for the "time" she was sick as it was very fast.. I'm Grateful she did not suffer long.. I will miss my Friend but I will carry what I have learned from her with me always and when I take flower photos I will always give a thought to my Friend Sophie... lesa
I know she is looking down from heaven with her momma smiling~
I am very sorry for your loss, for our loss. I know her spirit was revered and loved and she will live on in that way here and in our hearts.
Oh how terribly sad. I remember her, she was always very positive and upbeat, despite having been through so very much in her life.
RIP sweet sophie....we're blessed for having been able to share in part of your life.
Im so sorry for your loss Sara and for everyone else who knew her!!!! I looked at her page and her picture is beautiful! She looks radiant in that picture!!! Its my hope that you all find comfort in your memories of her!!
sorry for the loss May she rest in peace
I'm so sorry about Sophie. I read some of her posts and you are right she was a beautiful, sunny person. It makes me wish I had quit in 2012 when I planned to just so I could have known her. May she rest in sunshine.
After seeing many tributes to her in the past day or so, she must have been a very special friend who touched many hearts and made many smile.
May Sophie's spirit shine on from above.
While I did not have the privelage of knowing Sophie, I extend my deepest condolences to all who did. May she be at peace and I hope all of her MH family finds solace in your memories.
Sara, I am so very sorry for your loss. For this community's loss. I wish I would have known her. I did look at her page, but her photos are gone, or I just couldn't see them. She was still so young. Everyone who knew her loved her. She had such loving and caring friends. It's so hard to know what to say at times like this.
I will pray for your strength and comfort. I'm sure you made Sophie proud. Hugs to you.

May her beautiful soul rest in peace :)
