WHAT can I do?

Okay my fellow warriors I need your input. I'm DRAINED...NO energy.. ZERO gumption... Fatigued and not sleeping well at all. I have kiddos so staying in bed past today isn't going to be a viable option for me. WHAT CAN I DO,EAT,TAKE for energy? PLEASE DON'T say exercise...lol. I can barely lift my head today so exercise (although I know it works) is out. I tried a monster and stackers to NO AVAIL.... HELP!

Best thing that comes to mind and will boost your energy without crashing is a good green smoothe. Make sure you use quite a bit of spirulina, a little banana, a little fish oil, bee pollen and some carrot juice and a good protein powder ex. designer whey. Don't worry you will not taste the fish oil if you just use a little.
You can actually live on shakes made with the above ingredients. So if you just drank these shakes as well as staying hydrated you will begin to get your energy back big time. That's all you need to do so try to get out and get the ingredients and start shaky baby!
Best

Only use a little Banana and a little carrot as both are high is sugar and could cause a bit of a sugar crash. I guarantee you if you make the smoothe as I gave you then for sure your energy level will increase by a significant amount.

Yup so true the one thing that most addicts try to avoid is the one thing that makes more difference than all the others put together is exercise. The body needs and has to have exercise to detox well. Without good exercise meaning raising your heart beat and breaking into a real good sweat some of the toxins(drugs) will stay stored in the body and not leave.
Funny I don't know why so many avoid exercise when it makes you feel so good and does so much good.

Hi Girl..In my first 40 days of high anxiety I just kept moving. Then when I crashed so bad I could hardly walk. I tried everything form C, Bs, B, Rhodiola, Amino Acids on & on..Protein powder drink which is the designer whey and lots of berrys..To this day I KNOW That exercise IS the KEY..My Dr kept pushing me more and more..Take 3 --15 min walks a day he said. Start out swimming. Anything to help get you going and it helps balance out the Brain faster. Take small steps if you must at first, then you will be able to do more and more. Hang in there the energy will come back too..It takes TIME for everything as we process..

Just don't sit but back float or something to get your body all wet. Then use small strokes to move a bit you will be surprise on how good this will feel.

Swimimming is a great choice. Actually speaking of water it brings to mind something else I used when I went CT on the Trams and it really worked.
Doing 40 pills a day, 2000mg of Trams is a lot. It made my WD's pure hell.
Well on the 2 or 3rd day my body felt just like a slug. It was a mission just to lift my head off the pillow to make it to the bathroom and then I remember hot/cold therapy. I went into the shower and ran the water bringing it to the coldest setting slowly until it was as cold as the water could become. I stayed under that coldest until it felt not cold. I then turned it to the hot setting slowly but not as slow as the cold part. I stayed under very hot water for a couple of mins. Now the fun began as I quickly went back to the coldest temp and then back to as hot as I could stand just back and forth for probably a good 10 mins. Afterwards my body felt perfect it did not last but a hour or so but for that hour I felt not a single WD.
So through out that hard day I did the hot/cold thingy probably 4 to 5 times it did really help a lot.
Thanks to Weaver for mentioning swimming as I probably would not have remembered.

That smoothie sounds perfect, Tyrosine is a good addition to that. Those sore bought energy drinks are not good, they definitely cause a crash, codeine too, and they really don't help. I found the low gravity of swimming to be the easiest exercise. My kids enjoyed it too, it tired them out and gave the grow ups a break. The water felt cold, but it wasn't. I think the sensations helped kick my natural defenses in. Definitely don't sit there all day, even if it's an option, it really makes it worse. Hang in there, it will get better.

You can wait ;)  or yes you can exercise.  Oh yes when you say please don't say it that is exactly what we are going to say .;)   Those stackers and all of that stuff is just going to turn you into a ball of nervousness. Like Sarah said and others, get out and get some sun. I remember walking on day 3-10 and I would always feel better when I was done.  Sounds like You have reached the energy crash portion of detox . I know at first I was almost manic in a way from lack of sleep and so forth but after day 6 or so My energy was gone. This is still withdrawal and your brain is not going to produce endorphin right now unless it is forced to.This is why exercise helps soooo much. Hang in there and keep moving forward. This energy problem will correct itself with time regardless of whether you exercise or not but if you are like me you hate to wait lol   keep it up friend

The best thing to do IS lift your head off that pillow, plant your feet and move!  If the sun is shining go, sit and soak up some sun.  Stay strong as this feeling is only temporary~

Exercise! Ha! I know, I know. You don't feel like you can. IF you could possibly force yourself to do a tiny bit, even a walk around the block, it will help your anxiety level, sleep, and energy level. Other than that, eat a lot of lean protein, nuts, chicken, fish, legumes, beans, etc. (Try to stay away from red meat. It causes an inflammatory reaction in the body and is not good for you.) Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. The protein and the vitamins and minerals all help with energy levels and the healing process. I would try to stay away from sugary, processed foods and drinks. They are horrible for us and they tend to make our energy crash. Same with caffeine. If you can stay away from it, do. It can make your anxiety skyrocket and cause more sleep issues. Any energy boost that you get is temporary and usually followed by a pretty nasty energy crash. Other than exercise and eating healthy, time, time, and more time. It will get better and better with time. The more you push yourself, the quicker you will heal. Hang in there girl! You are doing great!
