Which vitamin has 100% RDA of Zinc, Phosphorus, Copper and Magnesium?

I'm looking for a good vitamin to take for the "Thomas recipe". Which multi-vitamin has all fo the above? Also, how much B6 should be taking with the "Thomas recipe"? I just want to make sure I do this right, and that I don't over-do-it. Thanks!

Did the "Restful Legs" help you sleep at night? Just wondering. I may have to get my hubby to get me some of that, if i start having trouble sleeping, because I only have a few Ambien left (Not enough for the rest of the week).

B-6 gave me hugh headaches. Depending on if you in the US, a really good thing for RLS symptoms is "restful Legs" you can get it at walmart. I swear by it. I also take L-Carnitine for energy. Works real good.
