Will taking small amounts of benzos help or hurt my methadone withdrawl?

Hi and welcome to the forum...as a general rule we dont recamend using a addictive med to get off of anther it is far to ez to become cross addicted...mx is hands down the hardest of the opiets to get off of....it is not so much the severity of the withdrawal but the long recovery time that makes this drug so hard to kick  I was on 150mg for almost 7yrs and remember it all to well....it took me a good  90 days to start to get better  the real key here is to know victory comes in baby steps little by little you will recovery the next critical step is aftercare for me the N/A program keeps me clean it is free the  meetings are only a hour long and it treats the addict alive and well long after the drugs stop so google a  N/A meeting near you and go...as always keep posting here for support
