I WANNA USE, NOW

I have been fightin a losin battle to get sable on my methadone 4 days now, We have cut down a hell ov alot in the last 3 days we'v had a 10 pound  bag of smack between the both ov use, including today, But i'm cravin like made. I could go 2 the gym or take the dog 4 a walk. I just feel like i have no energy atall.
My partner dosen't feel like using again i don't think & i'm not going 2 say enything 2 him as i dont wanna plant the seed, if ya no what i mean ??
I'm feelin so low, i'v done as much deep cleanin house work as i can on my own, we are doing the rest but i need help now.
I'v just had 2 vallium 2 see if the would help as i sometimes think im just addicted to gettin high.But nopi wanna bag Ahh im so frusrated
Eny advice peeps??

Thank you, i went to the gym & kicked & punched & cryed lol people must ov though i was mad, but i was in a totally different frame ov mind whwn i came out.

Be STRONG.  I know you can do it.  Just find thing to keep your mind off of it.  I know how you feel.  I want a pill so bad right now, I can't see strait.  But I'm taking my kid to the gym so we both can blow off steam.. Withdrawing ***** but you have to get your life back.  Keep posting, it will help.  You are not alone.

Hi Natalile!  Dont use.  You and I both know that is not the answer and it is not a losing battle.  Many have done it before you and you can too.  Withdrawl *****, no doubt about it but you can fight through it.  Are you getting help from doctor or doing this on your own?  Please do anything you can to not use.  Im not familiar with heroin or methadone but I do know what opiates do to you and I can attest that it all *****.  do anything you can to take your mind outside your mind!!  Read, watch a movie, paint, draw, music, cook, talk to someone who knows your situation and can support you.  Support is everything at this stage.  Can you go to a meeting??
