Worried about mixing meds

Hi y'all! I just got signed up here I'm not got a addiction yet lol that's why I am wanting to ask everyone if someone could help. I just started pain management yesterday for thoracic outlet syndrome I'm in physical therapy I go two times a week and am trying to do anything to keep me from surgery. But anyways the pain doc I went to was a big butthole to me since he has never heard of what I have he almost didn't help even tho my thoracic doc requested me to go to him. But he did help with medicine and he gave me 4 different kinds!! And I'm kinda worried about what he gave me and the instructions to it here it is. He gave me norco 10 which I have had in the past these three I'm worried about he gave me ambien 5mg he wants me to chew up one tab by mouth at 7:30 and take a pain pill but at 6:30 at night he wants me to take one klonopin 0.5mg and also I have to take 4 pills a day of625mg gabapentin is it safe to chew a ambien up? I'm not depressed or having panic attacks I would sleep good but the pain is what keeps me up all night will it be ok to mix all these?? Any help would be so appreciated thank yall
