bummed

I have been doing so good.  Been clean and not even wanting to use.  But I think I have to leave my bf.  I feel like he is no good for my recovery. I will be leaving next week and am just very depressed about it.  How do I handle this without going back to using because that is all I seem to want to do since I made the decision.

Yes, stress is a big deal when going through recovery, and many do relaspe because of so much stress in their lives.   I think it helped me to know that this was ONE thing in my life that I was doing for ME  and for my benefit.  To go back was not something I would take lightly.  It won't change anything, problems will always be there.   Try to keep your focus and plan for a new beginning.
Hugs to you
