Hey, there you are. Are you still using less. It's hard to cold turkey with dupe man. I'm sorry you can't get to rehab, that's what you need. I hope your girlfriend can go with you when she gets out. Good to know your still trying. Your symptoms tell me you are detoxing. Maybe go to the beach again.

hot baths! get a massage if you can afford it, helps tremendously. Walk around.. anything to take your mind off it.
