day 1 off pain meds im dying it feels like

i cant even move my fingers but forcing too to write yall my skin is crawling i didnt want to  stay here all day what am i to do i have AA  soft ball tomorrow they know about my having to take pain pills the pain is incomrehensible. they say one thing at time have husband dispense them  and i am not mentally addicted cause i could stop and take the pain i delt with awful pain today  pain from the w/d it was awful but pain  from every oprface of my body i cant handle AA said that god put meds there for u to use as needed and yall i really need them but im looking into some spine stimulature inplant pain blockers my friend from AA told me about im so we

I don't think it was mentioned above but you haven't been on here in ten days.Are you ok?

     AA will help you so dont take to much pills for pain ween your self down  you are doing the right thing stay with AA and you will succeed it will take a little while but it will be worth it to be drug free I stayed in AA for 12 yrs and Iam still drug free thanks to the group and my higher power. So hang in there it WILL be worth it.   Hot showers, Thomas recipe will help you to.

I feel your pain.  I'm on day two of detox and my pain issue is nerve damage in my bowel and uterus.  I had a good cry when I woke up and didn't take my usual pain meds.  I truly believe that the medication we take for pain is harder on our bodies than pain is in the long run.  But that's just my opinion.  The spine blocker sounds like a good alternative.  I really hope you get the medical help/support that you need.
