what i mean is i have no coverage till i pay for 6000$ of any type of health care say like rehab is 10,000 grand i have to pay the first 6 thousand i have to meet a 6000$ out of pocket deductible before my ins will pay for anything and i don't have 600$ let alone 6 thousand so its just not an option at the moment

I would call your insurance company, I think you'd be surprised at what they would cover.  There are outpatient programs that aren't necessarily classified as "rehab".  Also ask your therapist for recommendations.  It's great that you're in therapy, but it would be even better if you could also see a therapist specifically about the addiction alone.

i have no insurance for rehab i am in concealing tho not "addiction" counceling and we do talk about my addiction its the best i can do for now i have insurance with a 6000$ deductible so its like having no insurance at all as for the subs I'm going to talk to my doc on monday she will want me to stay on them i want off so we will see I'm only taking one mg now

3 days is good!  Are you still going to stick with the subs for a while like you had planned?  Your appt is on the 24th right?

I saw that you're seeking out meetings, good for you, that's a positive step in the right direction...keep on it!  Do whatever you can, an addict can never do too much, but one can NOT do enough.

Have you thought about looking into other resources, like outpatient rehab?  Private addiction counseling?  I would strongly recommend that!

Keep up the good work....you need to break this cycle!

3 days is huge. Very good.  You've probably already posted, but your aftercare plans are to do what ?  Lifestyle changes prevent relapse for both you & your son.  Get involved in something new. A park & recreation class. Church. Work with animals.  Just some things that have helped me.    Pamela
