day 4 almost over heroine withdrawl

wen will i feel better.... i feel better than yesterday but still cant find the energy... and these goosebumps are driving me crazy......

That is great Tim but you are still pretty early into recovery. You may have worse days than today and better than tomorrow....give yourself some time.  I know that heroin is extremely difficult to w/d from so I give you lots of credit for hanging in there! Do you have any plans for aftercare ie meetings/counseling.  Keep yourself WELL hydrated and try to eat even if you don't want to....not big meals but frequent small healthy meals.

go big is right ,exercise ,healthy eating ,7 to 8 hours of sleep a night will make a big difference .it may take time before you can sleep that long . it take time but slowly ou can get you back :)

It's a bit different for everyone, but it takes time.  I'm clean 11 months, and for the past few months, I've felt great.  That said, I exercise, get 7+ hours sleep each night, and I eat  right.  Most importantly, I regularly go to meetings, and in my experience, spiritual growth does more to help you get your energy back than anything else.
