Vicki....what i mean by starting over is am i going back to day one of withdrawals?...Yes i went and got pepto bismol and ginger ale this morning, which has done the trick for me in the past when withdrawing...didnt even have an effect....suboxone didnt either....if anything i felt better before i took it....thank u though and i will try my best to stay on track
HTOWN....your completely right and thank you for commenting.. I need to set up a system that isnt going to let me fail.
AVISG........You really dont think I reset my withdrawal clock taking nearly 12mgs?? I hope your right hahaha...and getting into treatment for a long time isnt possible for me because no one in my life knows about this addiction..i need to just suck it up and get through these withdrawals and ill be okay...currently unemployed so getting high isnt affordable...but theres always the future...
TRAMAHATER....the legcramps i can deal with...it was the non stop nausea that i couldnt deal with....its slowly going away but it was awful in the beginning...thank u
If you had no other WD symptoms, then I would say it could have been something else causing the vomiting. You are going to have to break the habit of going and buying something when you have a "symptom" that you want to fix, ok? And when you HAVE to take medication, you need to take it the proper way.....the way the DOCTOR TELLS YOU! No snorting and injecting and drinking a sublingual!!!
Get some Hylands Leg Cramps for your legs and take a hot bath or use a heating pad. The Hylands can be bought at a drug or grocery store. It REALLY helps. I used it, and I swear by it!
Good luck!
Chipper If you truely want to get clean and stay in recovery you really are going to have to start using your meds properly if not you are contueing the cycle of addiction and it will be never ending .You don't want that .What can you set up for recovery care so you can stay in recovery long term .You wont go threw any more wds from that small amount the biggest issue will be that it keeps you in the addictive cycle .You can do this !!!!get right back on track ...
I dont know how much you set yourself back, I know suboxone has a really long half life though. The main issue is that you have to have some kind of support system and aftercare to go to instead of running to a pill when you feel bad, especially this early into sobriety.
Hi~ Not sure what you mean about starting over again. Just don't take anymore sub. You're done. There's plenty of otc meds you can take for nausea and achey legs.
Do you know what they are? I'll give you a list if you need one.
