hey congrats on 19 days off sub....its great your feeling good also you never know how your going to come off that stuff.....I like your guys Idea about a tracker to trake the clean days and keep a list and you could just add your name to it as we all go along next med/help meeting
I will bring in up...right now we do a monthly roll call and everybody says the clean time
I wish you all the best in your recovery nows the time to plug into some forum of aftercare
it will help a lot with the mental aspect of doing this both N/A and A/A are popular among are members its free and it works if you work it if not that there are conslors and therapists trained in addiction that will work one on one with you most major health ins will cover it just dont skip this critical part to your recovery....good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

Well, I am about one month behind you, so you go first, (you are a lady right, after you) and then I can do it. I am waiting on my brace, I am hoping it helps prevent the pain to the point I won't need pain medication anymore.

Another thing to think about, is now that you are on this path and moving even further, what might you do for yourself once you hit 100 days and 200 days? I think it's a good idea for people to reward themselves in a healthy way for making it as far as they do.

For women, (I think of it as if I was a woman), I would get a manicure and then get my nails done (my wife loves that) or maybe a day at the spa.

For men, I would want a day at the spa getting a full body message. (It's not that my wife can't do it, but common some of those people have freaking magic fingers/hands. I remember when I got my wife and I a couples package deal at the ranch and we got full body messages, my hands were last and oh my goodness, it's like my hands knew they were last and they were soooooo happy.

It is, soon you will realize completely that you have made it so far, there is no reason to go back.

I am seeing it literally every day on this site. People start the journey and they just keep going. I thought it would be cool if they did a counter of the people who come in and then go on with a clean lifestyle.

That is cool, just freaking awesome.

I am really happy for you, that smile needs to be big, and it needs to keep getting bigger.

Keep your head up for a reason, because you did it, and you keep doing it.

Your smile is making me smile and it's getting bigger.
