feeling good

had a wonderful day yesterday, outside all day with my sons on a scout outing-i didn't even take all 8 of my pills that i am weaning from....amazing.....wanted to start on my amino acids today, at least some of them, and my question is, is it ok to take them AFTER i eat instead of one hour before. i have a hard time taking my vitamins before i eat as they upset my stomach, most pills do. Anyone have any ideas about that? thanks for being here....

Hey, congrat's .  Keeping busy does help so much to forget about taking the pills. That really is great.  I think there is just one of the amino's that should be taken on empty stomach. I believe it is the L-tyrosine..  I wish I was certain.  Someone else should know for sure.
I hate to eat in the mornings but need to have something in stomach to take my advil, so I drink a Slim-fast.  It just coats my stomach and it has lots of vitamins.

As far as vitamins go...I am not a breakfast eater...so do a protein shake mid morn...I cant take vitamins on an empty tummy or it make me nauseated...many say on the label how they are best taken...with meals but many are absorbed better on an empty stomach...I drink emergenC evergy booster ever morning and that doesnt mess with my stomach...glad u r hanging in there
