feeling strange

Why do I feel like I'm just functioning forcefully?  It feels like I have no emotion, like a zombie. But then later, I couldn't stop laughing. Now I feel numb. This is crazy. And I'm also agitated and kinda I'll at times. I have no appetite, and barely sleeping. ugh. I just want to feel Normal

PS. Ya I remember we both jumped off Methadone at 30mgs. You will get through it..you did with the other meds..OK

Oh I feel for you..The yo-yo things still gets me now and then even in 9 months. Just give it time. Most of us have been right there. Just try to take it as it comes. I know it su*ks but go with the flow. Time is the Greatest Healer of it all. I went into your tracker to see how many days you are at but it is not set up. So if it is real early, then yes this is a normal process. Just try to trust the process. OK.
