i dont know about cymbalta, but i know mine worked for me...i know about life revolving around those suckers ...and ive never been on sub...my wds were not real bad and when i first posted on here i was asking if it was over cause i thought i would have had a rougher time than i did...more like the flu for a couple days...and i slept a lot!! i would give the cymbalta a shot, esp if you have depression it will even out whatever your brain is low on you know...after i started taking the antis i actually slept thru the night...no more ocd...but thats me,and i dont want to tell you to do something that's not right for you...

I did the vics then the oxys for a couple yrs from a DR for back pain and im sick of the whole damn thing. I cant stand runnning out, i cant stand being addicted and everything i do is based around these damn things, My dr gave me something for deprresion ,Cymalta and im afraid to take them, i just want to be normal again, im starting on Sub tommorow, again for the second time,i still have abut 60 left from last year 1st attempt.I hpe to take them, for about 2 to 3 weeks and q;uit and go thru a few days of feeling bad then going back to something that is close to normal what do u think?

sorry, its an anti depressant...i think when i first started using i was self medicating for depression and anxiety,i felt fine doing the vics you know?? but when i went to dr asking for xanax he gave me a depression test and thats how i found that out...i started out on effexor (diff anti) and i felt so normal that i didnt use for about 6 months...and then i thought i could feel even better so i fell back in the opiate trap..the oxys drove me nuts tho i couldnt stand being without them, much worse than the vics,,but i went on celexa after awhile instead of the effexor...that was making me kind of numb so i wanted a better anti for me..so all im on now is the celexa...

the vics i was doing for a couple years, the 10's...probably anywhere from 6-10 a day...then when my source dried up all i could find were the oxys so i was doing about 80 mgs a day plus percs to keep the feeling going...that was for like 6 months...then when i quit i read a lot about the vitamins and supps, just because i wasnt eating that much when i was using so i just wanted to try to repair any damage i did to myself..i take a regular multi vitamin everyday and an antioxidant,b6 and b12..im also on 20 mgs of celexa..i think they do help with energy esp during the wd stage for me anyway..i never tried the milk thistle, thats supposed to be a liver detoxifier but i never got around to that, had bloodwork done and my liver levels were ok..

So when you quit , how many vics and how many oxys were you doing and for how long? The vits and aminos really helped? It seems to me if you eat right you get all the aminos and vitamins you need but if you dont eat i can understand why the suplements..
