help sleeping

I am getting ready to detox.  I will begin on Friday and have taken an extra day off work.  That will give me 5 days.

I went thru this before with Vicodin.  I didn't last long though.  I started taking Tramadol to help with it, and got stuck on them.  

What I am wondering is, has anyone used Flexeril to help them sleep at night?  My husband has some, and I am just remembering how hard it was to sleep.  I will have to use something to help sleep at night because I work Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00.

I know I can do this..I have already told my family that I won't be doing much this weekend.  I am going shopping tomorrow for all the stuff in the Thomas Recipe.  I am already taking antidepressants, so there are some things I won't be able to take.

Flexeril might help some.  Something like soma would work better, as well as just a few benzo's(be very careful w/ those) for the first few days.

It can be done...
