how bad will i get ? will i be out next sat?

ok so i decided 2 kik heroin 4 tHa second time after relapsin about 8 weeks ago, i say 8 weeks coz thatts wen i was usin everyday, last time i done a methadone taper but this time im goin cold turkey, its 4 am here in swansea and about 26 hours since i last used opiates, im hot ,cold , cant keep still and sleep is outa tha question,how much longer untill i peak and how bad is this hell gunna get? im suppose 2 be takin my gf out next sat, 1 week 2day and rly hope im well enuf 2 enjoy myself? plz help im so ill and its only been 26 hours,i have valium wich are a god send coz they actually stop me cravin heroin, ive also told my dealer 2 f***k off outa my life, she sed il be sorry wen i *** crawlin back but failin aint an option, i hope me and nicola can enjoy ourselfs nxt sat plz say il be feelin better by then?

Hi robert my name is james. im from Scotland. Well iv have been a h addict for 13 to 14 years as was my wife Robert if you want this bad enough you can and will do it. I was in c/t for two weeks no sleep all the useal symptoms. horrrendous .Rember Robert everyone is different in w/ds. And you will most likly be taking you g/f out. HI Robert welcome to the forum.. congratulations on your decision to quit.. the wd will last about 7 days our so everyone is different.. the worst will be around day 3 and 4.. Hot baths and showers will be a great help with the rls and pains.. as many as you can.. a pain reliever like tylenol. our aspirin. not sure what you have where you are at..try to force yourself to drink water.. a sports drink even a product for the elderly a liquid meal with all the vitamins. you do not want to get dehydrated.. You can do this !! It is good you have the Valium it will help with the anxiety also walking move.. force yourself it will also help.. by next sat you will be tired and a lil weak also may have a few residual side effects from the wd.. the biggest is depression but with the right attitude support.. You can get by this.. Your girl sounds special :) I wish you well.. keep posting reaching out for support.. lesa

hey rob sounds like ur hangn in there bro, about next sat i cant say cuz everybody is different an handles w/d's in diff ways what exactly are u planning on doing sat tht mite help some of us answer the Q as what ur suppose to do. try an answer what ur day an nit is gona consist of?
