how do you withdrawl from addiction to diet pills and uppers

need help to stop using diet pills and uppers to get thru the day. how do i do this

I assume you are talking phentarmine or amphetamine one. It's the same as detoxing off any upper, you stop taking it until you feel better. Eat good, try to keep doing some exercise each day, and drink lots of fluids. Amino acids help with all brain healing from any drug. Protein shakes help one eat, when it is difficult to get food down. EmergenC helps with vitamins and electrolytes, and a multivitamin helps get nutrient loads back to normal. Most of us are malnourished at detox. Diet pills likely have a higher rate of malnutrition, do to the fact they are used to eat less. Avoid stimulants, sugar, caffeine, etc... and processed foods. If you take good care of yourself, don't use the pills, and let time pass, your body will heal on it's own.

Most of the men and women on this forum are withdrawing from opiates. I haven't read any posts lately about uppers, but someone might know. Stick around, and I am sure someone will have some useful advice for you. I just want to caution you that the large majority of people on this site used opiates as their DOC, so it might take a little while to receive the answer you need.
