I have been on oxazepam and tranxene for 9 years. Free of oxa now and almost done with the tranxene.
You should go to your dr and ask for a tapering plan, most of them switch you to a long acting benzo like valium and taper off from there.You cannot stop CT.
It takes a while and the secret is time, allow yourself the time to get back to normal.

ur prescribing dr needs to hekp u with a taper..can u talk to him?
If you dont have a DR,,,then re-read the thmas recipe..and attn to tapering off ur doc so he can control the taper
