well its 36 hrs now.. I actually slept. Maybe the Xanax worked. I am up & ready to go to work. Not at all looking forward to it. It is going to be a very long day. any thoughts? anybody done anything just to get thru the work day? Seeing is how I think work is one of my biggest triggers. Waking up in the morning & taking a few to just get going then more all through out the day at work & then wouldn't have so much when I got home. so this is tough going to work. I really want to stay all day. I think tomorrow & Friday will be worse. not sure if I can even stay home those days.....

Stay busy.  I know thats hard to do when you feel awful but if you force yourself to do something it really will ease the stress of withdrawals. Also take it one day at a time, or 1 hour at a time, or even 1 minute at a time.  Good luck! You can do it!!

Stay Strong!! 3 days will be over in no time, just try to keep busy at work, i find if i dwell on my withdrawals they seem worse, ive got a very stressful job that is a trigger for me also, but dont think of it as stress, think of it as something to get your mind off your stress from withdrawals, Good Luck!!!

Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Soon enough your week day will be over.36 hours is TERRIFIC!!!!!! If your able get outside and take a long walk on your lunch hour. Make sure you eat a high protein lunch or a protein shake if your appetite isn't back yet. Keep telling yourself "I'm getting well with each passing hour". Sending you much strength. YOUR DOING THIS!!!
