i want to apologize to you and everyone here.  i try not to fall for the bait and hook but i kind of feel like you said below marce...a mother bear protecting her cub.  it just infuriates me...every day something new...i just want it to stop.

We are all  guilty of this from time to time.. And I think defending out forum is great.. we need to get it back to what it once was.. However the words we choose to do this with is very important.. There is a way of getting out your opinion without hurting anyone or making them feel unwelcome.. Before posting to someone you don't agree with... count to 20.. read another post. something so you have a chance to really think about your words.. I am saying this to all of us not just you Lizzie.. I am just putting it here since you posted. I think the problem many are haivng is that they are "reacting" insteed of "responding"

Very well put Fladdict...I definately react with anger when someone is jerking my chain so to speak! I have to be a bigger person but it is one lesson I've yet to learn!

Lizzielou....if you hadn't said it...I probably would so you are not alone in your frustration.  Should we go to Anger management classes!!!!??????

I'm sorry if I offended you, I was just really upset.  Poor Oxy, she is having a hard enough time, and I was really out of line, I'm just really nervous about going to the doctor tomorrow, so I'm taking it out on everyone!

I am not offended by anyone.. except that Mygiveawhatever person.. You don't need to apologize to me.. maybe the others in the conversation but not me.. I am just over all dissappointed that the forum has gotten this way,, when i got here it was completly different. No one person has caused this. It was a group effort.

I think this is "much ado about nothing" and we as addicts tend to enjoy drama. Drama takes the mind off the w/d's, guilt and isolation. No one can "stir up trouble" unless you allow them to. I do not allow anyone here upset me;   other than the cruel comment about a posters loved one. I take it all in stride. This is going to happen and it is a part of human nature. If you are working in a Corporate environment this goes on all the time and is just part of life. This board is not going to collapse because of anger, rejection or disappointments. It is ok to vent and let out your feelings. If any of you have ever been in group therapy you know this. We can all learn from every poster and maybe.....just maybe.....we can learn something from it. All of us are going through our private he00 and even if we disagree.....don't take it to heart. I hope all are doing the best that they can and give yourself a pat on the back.
