thnks Sudie for all your help. I am trying to Clonespam ( which I have for 14 days) AYS) oxyi which i have (this is day 6)ciggaretts this is day 6 and alprazolam. Which was up to day 5 but unfortunatel last night I was beside myself and took .25mg alprazolam to get rid of all the anxiety and try to sleep ( no more than 2hrs sleep in 6 days) I am really trying, maybe too much too fast???

I assume that you were prescribed the alprazolam for anxiety and you are also withdrawling from substances ( nicotine included ) and that  increases the anxiety you already had so yes, i would think it is too much too fast from my point of view. I mean, i couldn't do it . I quitted the cigs ( for a while) and i couldn't cope with the anxiety i had .I think you did well by  taking the anti anxiety med.

i know you also have some ambian, i think its best you talk with your pain dr. tomorrow, as laurel has said its a lot to quit all at once, and your feeling so poorly, (not suprising), he will give you guidence, you have also been in withdrawal from the oxy, you must take care .
