This is a good place to say on my 7th day of c/t off 115mg of methadone i had to take about 40mg this morning due to my body starting to hurt last nite and i fought it as long as i could but this morning the anxiety kicked in and that as always being a weak moment for me. The 40mg was the amount the dosing nurse and i talked about last week if i needed some. I feel pretty good now.

There are a number of court cases running through the system right now. Some have already been settled. Addicts are being sent to prison, being refused treatment, they're left to withdraw and quite a few have died. Hopefully serious changes in policy will come about that keep addicts from dying from withdrawal.
The deaths are always listed as stress due to "other conditions". But even a supposedly "healthy" addict can go into systematic shock, suffer heart failure, or renal shutdown from the stresses to the body.

for some people yes... any health problem you may have could make it fatal.. there was 2 girls not that long ago that i read about in an article who died going cold turkey in jail.
I would get a professional doctors opinion only they know how safe this is for you..
