Well i guess its time to take a walk even if its frezzing till sat 60 o well i decrease today at 600am its almost noon tues, well all of a sudden i feel like crap. I didnt do anything to set this off im dizzy cold, nausea like someone sitting on me, so that was quick, to feel like crap after just takeing your dose, i hope i can make it the next 2 weeks, the next one on next tues 9mgs, ten 4 and thats it john

i know but 2 weeks i have to be done, its hard im takeing the vitimans, the only prob is im takeing nifedipine its a cal. blocker, but im still takeing the cal,mag,zinc the bad feelings went away lasted 1 hr.i ate banana cream pie and felt like crap go figure thanks god bless you john

John you need to go slower  the serum level drops to much and you get the withdrawals   it all about your % of drop  your going 2 fast and thats why your feeling it  try going slower on the next drop it will help   are you taking the vitamins I sugested to you??? they really help in the lower doses  it is normal to feel something  especialy in the lower doses  it is much harder after you get to 20mg for most people  take what I say to heart im only tring to help it all up to you  good luck and God bless

One day at a time. U only have to go thru this once and that's it. I tapered from methadone also. So I understand where ur at. Keep up the good work and keep busy.

You are most likely going to feel some affects coming off the methadone..It should not be very bad.. Time is the greatest Healer...You will be just fine in time...Just hang tight..You have done a great job for many, many months now..OK..Your doing a taper and that is a plus....
