How should i quit doing Roxy's

I dont know how to quit doing roxy's
ive been doing them for about 2years now and i do around 30 or so a week it hasnt effect my school or work or relationships yet but i dont know how to stop doing them once i do one if i have more i just keep doing them

HI ....are you doing them everyday   ?/? and if so how many mg are you taking on average ?/
we can help you get off them if you want the help your going to be sick for around 4 or 5 days
but then you wont be chained to a pill bottle any more.....  you dont have to live this way
you sound young im an old fart but I do understand addiction and I can help you get this monkey off your back....dont do what I did and not address it for 16 yrs because I was scared of withdrawals that where little worst then the flu...will wait till you post back...im on usually around 10 till midnight everynight mountain time...dont know what time zone your in you dident put a location on your profile  there are plenty of people here that will be happy to help you
