DAY 14--FEEL GREAT
What was your turning point? Up to Day 11, I was still struggling and then it just got a LOT easier. Today, I feel great. Mentally, physically, I really feel like I'm done. No cravings even. I had deleted my dealer and he texted me to see if I needed anything -- I said "Nope. I quit." I'm blocking the #.

You should be proud..it takes courage to face the unknown...but knowing it has got to be better than what's been going on motivated me.....
Never too early to start thinking about some sort of aftercare ..(if not already) hint hint,,,,,
