Hi there! I know for me the anxiety can be pretty bad at times so I find taking walks can really help. I know as cold as it is all over the place that may be difficult, but if you can you might find it helps. Also hot showers seems to help me as well. Hope this helps and congrats! Just keep moving forward and you can do it :)
