question about fentanyl taper

Hi I posted about wanting to go to rehab to detox from pain meds because I'm tired of living in a fog.  I finally talked to my doctor today and she wants me to taper off of fentanyl first then we will deal with the Percocet's. She going to send me to pain specialist and physical therapy to help with my back and neck pain. Well I'm wondering about withdrawls  from going from the 50 patch to 25. Will it be really bad or will the percocets help with those withdrawals. Please someone give me some info about what I might feel from this.

In my experience you shouldn't feel any wd. Patches are long term in you system which is why you change them every 3 days but they can stay in your system up to 3 weeks. Please be careful taking percs w them as you can easily get into a bad situation from a build up of narcotics. I have been through what your doing stay strong you can get through this
