signs and symptoms

what are the signs and symptoms that someone is an alcoholic or drug addict. Are they similar to the signs of a person having bipolar disorder?

It means he is an addict ? Coz if he is sober say one day he dont drink or smoke MJ he is quiet but dont kust approach him ,he turn into violence.

Most drugs give you extra motivation, etc...But drinking and smoking MJ, can be the cause of this...Just my opinon...

not aceepting fault,thinking theres nothing wrong,irritable,cant confront,sometimes quiet.plans for the future but nothing is done,coz there is no mitivation and energy.just spending time by doin nothing except drinking and smoking MJ,

When i was using, i was so up and down i felt bi polar. There are different signs, but with no info for us, it's hard to say. Do you expect them to be drinking or a certain drug?

Welcome....Can you give us a little more information....There are many signs, but when you are talking about someone with bipolar it may be a litttle harder...Tell us more, and what are you seeing as signs??
